HighBridge Holdings, Inc. and Surly Brewing have entered into a contract for production of HighBridge Premium's THC-infused beverages.

Surly is expected to complete the renovation of its production facility in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota in the second quarter of 2024.

"As we complete the renovation, Surly will be uniquely equipped to provide the efficiency, capacity and quality required by HighBridge,” said Surly COO Tom Nientimp. “We look forward to providing production services for HighBridge, a leading multi-state organization dedicated to premium quality infused beverages.”

HighBridge is produces beverages infused with hemp-derived delta-9-THC. The company has 10 retail-ready SKUs, including its flagship faux beers, Re-Frsh sparkling beverages, and its latest addition, Majical TeaZ, a co-branded project done in collaboration with Belushi's Farm.

Currently distributing in five states, HighBridge is targeting 10 additional state markets for distribution in 2024.

"We have been looking for the ‘right fit’ to relocate and centralize production,” said HighBridge founder and CEO James Hunter. “Surly was the logical choice because it shares the HighBridge principals of high quality, service to the community and leadership in this evolving industry.”
