sweedies launches Mood Rings in California

The sweedies brand is launching in California with Mood Rings cannabis-infused fruit snacks.

Each pouch of sugar-free Mood Rings features 45 calories and 10 fruit-flavored pieces infused with a total of 5 mg THC and 5 mg CBD. Each ring contains 0.5 mg THC and 0.5 mg CBD, encouraging self-dosing. Each package contains eight pouches.

The rings also contain adaptogen schisandra, Vitamins B5 and B6, and L-theanine for a mood-enhancing effect.

Beauty industry veterans Olivia Sheehan and Rachel Richman founded sweedies — combining “sweet” and “weedy” — to offer cannabis-infused products meant to be snacked on. California consumers can purchase sweedies online via MedMen.com and GetSava.com, as well as at brick-and-mortar shops in Abbott Kinney, Beverly Hills, Torrey Pines, West Hollywood and Sava in the San Francisco Bay Area.
