CBD Living has redesigned its consumer website to contain more product information, test results and answers to frequently asked questions in a concise, streamlined layout.
User-friendly features of the new website include a new Store Locator that shows where all CBD Living products are sold, an upgraded loyalty program in which customers can earn points and redeem them for rewards, and live customer support through LiveChat Bot for any questions that require a personal touch.
A new Subscribe-and-Save program allows customers to sign up for biweekly, monthly or bimonthly deliveries of their favorite CBD Living products, including CBD Living Water, Freeze, Gummies, Sleep Aid and more, all for a discounted price.
Each product listing has been overhauled to provide as much product information to the potential buyer as possible. A brief product description is followed by lists of benefits (including designations for which products are vegan, gluten-free, certified Kosher and more), usage and dosage instructions, and a comprehensive list of ingredients. This section is crucial for protecting CBD Living customers with specific allergens and dietary restrictions from accidentally purchasing an unsuitable product.
For maximum convenience and transparency, visitors to the site can quickly view each product’s test results, sourced from independent third-party labs, directly on each product page. Each listing also includes reviews and ratings from real CBD Living customers, FAQs and suggestions for similar products.
“Knowledge of CBD has greatly improved from when we started out back in 2014, but people still have a lot of questions,” says CBD Living COO Sean McDonald. “We wanted our new website to provide as much information as possible, in understandable language, to ensure our customers are completely well-informed. For those questions that can’t be answered through our website, our brand-new LiveChat Bot will step in and quickly solve the problem.”
